WE WANT EVERY HUNTER TO HAVE A SAFE, FAIR, AND UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

— THEY APPLY TO ALL HUNTS.

💰 DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS.

  • No refunds on deposits.
    You’ll receive a voucher for a future hunt date if you cancel in advance.

  • Online bookings: incur a 6% processing fee.
    → Call or email to book and avoid the fee.

  • Full payment is due before your hunt begins.

❌ CANCELLATIONS

&

NO-SHOWS.

  • No refunds for:

    • “No shows”

    • Cancellations on the day of your hunt

  • Life happens:
    If a guide illness or family emergency forces us to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

  • Weather:
    Hunts only cancel for unsafe conditions (your guide will make that call).

🎯 GROUP SIZE

&

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS.

  • Minimum: 2 hunters required to secure a date.

  • Maximum: 5 hunters per guide.

  • No mixed parties.
    You’ll hunt exclusively with your group.

⚠️ SAFETY & CONDUCT.

  • ZERO TOLERANCE for alcohol or drugs before or during hunts.
    → If consumed, you will not hunt.

  • Unsafe 🔫 handling or refusal to follow guide instructions = immediate end of hunt with no refund.

  • Neglect or careless behavior in the field will result in removal from the hunt.

🔧 EQUIPMENT POLICY.

We supply all gear.


However:

  • Equipment failures can happen — no refunds or discounts for malfunctions.

  • Bring your own 🔫 → $50 discount (we’ll provide the thermal).

  • You’re responsible for following all safety and equipment guidelines.

🐗 FIELD & LANDOWNER RULES.

  • All landowners require every downed hog to be removed from the field.

  • Your guide will remove hogs before leaving — this may take the remainder of your hunt.

  • Hunters are encouraged to assist with removal before continuing to hunt.

These rules allow us to keep our private land access privileges.

🏠 TRAVEL & LODGING

  • Lodging, travel, meals, and Georgia hunting license fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend refundable accommodations or trip insurance in case of emergencies.
