5 down for the night after checking multiple planted corn fields. Was able to drop 3 on out of 7+ but most of the Hogs were small in that sounder We were able to use the wood line as a back drop to get with in 80 yards. The second encounter we were able to recover 2 out of 15+ with more wounded but making it to the woods. Full moon nights make it easier to stalk in fields, but using terrain and contours of land are a huge part of hunting at night. While most people think hogs can’t see at night you would be shocked at the distances hogs and hunters can see at night.
