Fall Hog Hunting - Night Hog Hunts
Fall Hog Hunting in Georgia Peanuts are starting to get harvested and Hogs are out. This Wild Hog was in some cut corn and after getting in position to get a better view he was easily taken. Later in the night a large sounder was spotted, but none went down. The stalk was long and the hogs were constantly moving making the hunt a challenge to get in position with the wind direction and field conditions. We are 100% wild and free range Wild Hog Hunting.
Spot and Stalk Hog Hunting
Started the night fast, finding the first sounder of wild hogs and putting 4 down after they got spooked. We spent the rest of the night checking fields, spotting plenty of deer movement, but the hog activity suddenly turned into a ghost town.
Guide Noah stayed persistent and finally located another sounder of feral hogs feeding in a muddy field. After a long, slow stalk through the dark, one of the hunters accidentally slammed his thermal optic while setting up, spooking the group. Even with the busted opportunity, the hunters managed to drop one big sow hog before the rest disappeared into the night.
Not every Georgai hog hunt goes perfectly, but nights like this are what make predator and hog hunting unforgettable — spot and stalk action, thermal hunting, muddy fields, close encounters, and hard-earned success on invasive wild pigs.
